ayuntamientos competencias para que establezcan descuentos a las familias numerosas de hasta el 90 % en el Impuesto de Bienes Inmuebles. Se trata de una posibilidad que cada Ayuntamiento aplica según su criterio.&nbsp; Concretamente en Leganés, a petición de esta Asociación, y apoyada por todos los grupos del Ayuntamiento, a partir del 2009, se quitó el criterio de la renta, cambiándolo por el del valor catastral.
